Chinese Export, Crown Derby, Cybis, Disney, resden, Lenox, Meissen,
Mettlach, Minton, Perion, Rose Medallion, Royal Bayreuth, Royal
Copenhagen, Royal oulton, Royal Worchester, Tiffany and many more.
Most pieces that are broken can be bonded back together using a special process which
involves an ultraviolet sensitive bonding agent which will not yellow.
We Talk to You... We like to communicate with you personally by telephone. Feel free to call us when you have any questions, even if it's about a piece you do not own, but are considering the costs of what repair would be. When you demand quality crystal repair, there unfortunately is no “crystal ball” telling you who the legitimate crystal repair companies are. If there were such a crystal ball, and if it were broken, you would want Crystal Repair to bring it back to, whenever possible, near mint condition. If you are sending your crystal please pack your crystal properly, if you still have the original box even better. Pack with plenty of padding and pack tightly so that there can be no shifting. Place smaller box inside outer box and place packing between the two boxes. This will further insulate your crystal inside the box. Be sure to put your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and amount you want your crystal insured for on the return trip inside the box. You can send us detailed photo’s of your item before you ship your item, but a phone call from you with a description of the damage of your treasured item will most times suffice. You are responsible for return shipping charges, if your crystal cannot be repaired. Upon completion of repair, we will email you with a payment link.
