Your questions are always welcome. When searching for repair services, there’s no “crystal ball” to reveal which companies you can trust. But if there were—and it happened to break—you’d want our team to restore it properly. Photos & Estimates You are welcome to send us detailed photos of your item before shipping, but in many cases, a simple phone call describing the damage might be enough for us to advise you on next steps. Please note: if your item cannot be repaired, you will be responsible for return shipping costs or we can dispose of it after an email confirmation from you to that effect. Packing & Shipping Instructions If you ship items to us, please take care to pack them securely. When possible, use the original box. Add plenty of padding to prevent movement, and pack tightly. For best protection, place the boxed item inside a slightly larger outer box with more cushioning between the two layers. This double- boxing method provides maximum safety during transit.
